Refund and Returns

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date the product is delivered, as documented by the carrier’s tracking information.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused;

Be in original condition;

Include all original components, accessories, and packaging.

Items that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-engraved or personalized products;

Opened sanitary tips or hygiene-related components;

Gift cards;

Items marked as “Final Sale”;

Any item returned beyond the 14-day window.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Safe VapeBox strongly recommends using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. The Company is not liable for lost, delayed, or undelivered return packages.

4. Return Approval Process

Please include:

Order number

Reason for return

Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Do not send a product back without receiving authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or not processed.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified via email regarding approval or denial of the refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Processing typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If the return is denied, the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

6. Exchanges

We only replace products that arrive damaged or defective.

Safe VapeBox may require photo or video evidence before processing an exchange.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

Order number

Photos or video of the issue

Description of the problem

Items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

8. Shipping Costs Non-Refundable

All shipping fees—both outbound and return—are non-refundable. If the customer receives a refund, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the amount refunded.
